Our Retreats

All our retreats are thoughtfully curated to create a welcoming space where we can move with you, look after you and nourish you from inside out. During our retreats, expect yoga and pilates classes, workshops (breathwork, backbending and arm balancing), 1:1 chats, and group activities. We believe autonomy is important during your time with us, so all classes and planned activities are entirely optional. This is your time to take it exactly how you would like to.

The food provided also follows our autonomy ethos, alongside the aim of no wastage by the end of each retreat. We also aim to work with local produce at the location of the retreat, striving for delicious farm-to-table meals. The food will be balanced and nourishing, allowing you to feel your best when you are with us.

  • "I could not recommend Jing Retreats more. I’d never booked a solo trip before - let alone been on a retreat! - and really didn’t know what to expect or if it would be something that was for me. And it is now up there as one of the most incredible trips I’ve ever been on."

  • "Carol & Jing Retreats put together a truly special experience. It was the perfect step-away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, surrounded by gorgeous mountains and forests, coordinated by one of the friendliest and most considerate instructors you could ask for."

  • ”Jing retreats gave me the space to fully recharge and reconnect with myself after constant work burnouts. From feel-good food and breathtaking views to relaxing massages and thoughtfully planned activities, every detail was designed to offer the stress-free escape I needed.“

Your Host

Carol is a 330RYT yoga teacher and pilates teacher who teaches hatha, vinyasa and yin styles of yoga and her teaching style is centred around anatomy and embracing our unique physiology to make the most out of our practice.

Carol has spent her working career within a fast paced corporate environment whilst teaching at studios and events around London. After a period of intense burn out, she has gained a passion for sharing the tools in helping others to maintain a healthier and balanced lifestyle.

She loves to create a welcoming and safe space for students to explore their practice and bodies, without judgement and expectations.
