As spring ripens into summer, we invite you to step into the warmth of the sun and join us on this yoga, pilates and wellness retreat in Greece. Give yourself permission to embrace the slow rhythm of island life in our beautiful private villa overlooking breathtaking views of the Aegean sea.

Surrounded by the golden light, enjoy a carefully curated schedule aimed to revitalise the body and mind with daily yoga and pilates classes overlooking the gentle ocean waves, activities to explore the natural beauty of the island of Kea, and time for guilt-free relaxation either by our private pool or a short-stroll down to the nearby beach.

Our Retreat Home

Our home for this retreat will be an enchanting private villa nestled on the hillside of the beautiful island of Kea.

Within walking distance, you’ll find a selection of secluded local beaches - perfect for a morning dip or a quiet moment by the water. Back at the villa, you can unwind by the pool, stretch out on a sun lounger, or take a refreshing swim while soaking in panoramic views of sea and sky.

Please note - this schedule is an example and is subject to change. The full itinerary with timings will be sent to guests ahead of the retreat.

All activities on the schedule are entirely optional, for guests to choose how they wish to take their time with us.

Free time on the retreat is for guests to choose how they wish to spend their trip. Examples include but are not limited to slowing down and reading a book, booking in a treatment, taking a dip in the pool, pulling Carol for some 1:1 chats about your personal practice, having a creative art session with our retreat art supplies, taking a short trip to explore outside the venue grounds or hanging out with other retreat guests.

Tea Tasting

As a part of our Jing Retreats ritual, there is a complimentary tea tasting following each of our morning movement sessions. Each day will feature a different type of tea, history and their benefits explained. The teas will be available to guests at any time also during their stay. Examples of teas include:

The Food

Our retreat chef will be offering a beautiful Mediterranean-style menu, thoughtfully designed with nourishment, nutrition, and seasonality in mind. Using fresh local ingredients, each meal will be prepared with care to support your practice and wellbeing throughout the retreat - light yet satisfying, full of colour, and inspired by the flavours of the region.

The luxurious rooms in our villa are spread across four separate houses, and all include an en-suite bathroom and terrace to enjoy the views! Daily housekeeping is included during our stay, including a mid-week linen change. A variety of double or twin bedrooms are available for you to share with a friend, or come as a solo traveller.

If you are joining us as a solo traveller, but do not mind sharing with another solo-travelling guest in a twin-bedroom, please let us know! We will pair you with someone of the same gender and believe you will get along with.

FAQ’s

  • We would recommend travelling to Lavrio Port (30-40 min taxi ride from Athens International Airport), where you can then take a scenic one-hour ferry ride to Kea.

    We are happy to help link up guests prior to travel day to help with coordinating shared rides or assist in organising your transfer to the retreat venue separately.

  • No worries at all! There is a space for you whether you are stepping onto your mat for the very first time or have only been to a few classes here and there.

    All classes will be open-levels, and your retreat host will ensure you are comfortable even if you are entirely new to the practice.

  • Of course you can! A lot of people go to retreats alone, it is such a good opportunity to meet like-minded people and meet some amazing new friends along the way.

    If you are booking as a solo traveller but wish to be in a shared room, we will try our best to pair you with another solo travelling guest who we think you may be best suited with!

  • To reserve your space, a 40% deposit is required and the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before the retreat start date. Please note - this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

    Monthly payment plans are also available upon request - please get in touch if this is of interest.

  • The deposit paid to reserve your booking is non-refundable under any circumstance.

    Any remaining balance is 100% refundable if requested at least 12 weeks prior to the retreat start date.

    Any requests made after this date are non-refundable, however, if the retreat is sold out, we will attempt to sell your spots to those on waitlists. If another guest wishes to take your spot, we will refund you the remaining balance.

    Of course we understand that life may throw us a few curveballs and things may be out of our control. Please do make sure your travel insurance covers you for any unexpected reasons for cancellation.

  • We see retreats as a little haven holiday for you to enjoy! The second you arrive at the venue, sit back and relax… we are here to take care of you every step of the way.

    Sometimes when we arrange our own holidays, it is hard to fully let go of all the stress and tension through all the planning and preparation of making the trip worthwhile. On a retreat, let us look after you. We will do all the prep and plan work, so you can entirely enjoy your time stress-free.

    We also want you experience the magic of practising yoga and pilates daily on our retreats, for either those exploring the practices for the first time or for those who wish to learn even more deeply. Combined with nourishing and delicious meals and the time to fully relax, we hope you leave us feeling your best self.
