Our Retreats
All our retreats are thoughtfully curated to create a welcoming space where we can move with you, look after you and nourish you from inside out. During our retreats, expect yoga and pilates classes, workshops (breathwork, backbending and arm balancing), 1:1 chats, and group activities. We believe autonomy is important during your time with us, so all classes and planned activities are entirely optional. This is your time to take it exactly how you would like to.
The food provided also follows our autonomy ethos, alongside the aim of no wastage by the end of each retreat. We also aim to work with local produce at the location of the retreat, striving for delicious farm-to-table meals. The food will be balanced and nourishing, allowing you to feel your best when you are with us.
