About us

Jing Retreats was born from the sentiment that there will always be a time in someone’s life where they need to recenter themselves. When life feels like it’s moving at 100 miles per hour, when we feel like we’ve lost control, when we lose sight of how to slow down.

Our mission here at Jing Retreats is to allow you to immerse yourself in a yoga, pilates and wellness retreat, a place where you can relax, soothe your soul, explore, learn and reconnect with yourself.

Our retreats are designed so that all are welcome to spend this time away how they wish. Let go of the ‘rush’, learn deeply about your own body, explore some beautiful sights, relax, let go of all our daily stresses, and meet some like-minded people.

Jing Retreats are led by our founder Carol Chen (330 RYT).

Our Retreats

All our retreats are thoughtfully curated to create a welcoming space where we can move with you, look after you and nourish you from inside out. During our retreats, expect yoga and pilates classes, workshops (breathwork, backbending and arm balancing), 1:1 chats, and group activities. We believe autonomy is important during your time with us, so all classes and planned activities are entirely optional.

This is your time to take it exactly how you would like to.
