Upcoming Retreats
All our retreats are thoughtfully curated to create a welcoming space where we can move with you, look after you and nourish you from inside out. During our retreats, expect yoga and pilates classes, workshops, 1:1 practice guidance, and group experiences. We believe autonomy is important during your time with us, so all classes and planned activities are entirely optional. This is your time to take it exactly how you would like to.
Our current retreat offerings are listed below, click ‘learn more’ to find out more about each retreat and details on how to book.

Your Host
Carol is a yoga and Pilates teacher, retreat host and the founder of Jing Retreats. Her teaching encompasses Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, with an approach grounded in anatomy, individuality and creating space for people to explore movement in a way that feels right for their own body.
Alongside teaching, Carol has spent her career working in a fast-paced corporate environment. After experiencing a period of intense burnout herself, she developed a deeper appreciation for the importance of slowing down, creating balance and making time to reconnect with ourselves.
Which is where the inspiration for Jing Retreats began.
Carol is passionate about creating thoughtful, immersive experiences that bring together movement, rest, connection, nature and wellbeing. From the practices on the mat to the places we stay, the food we share and the experiences we create together, every element of her retreats are carefully considered and thoughtfully planned.
Her aim is to create welcoming, inclusive spaces where people can step away from the pace of everyday life, feel comfortable being themselves and leave feeling rebalanced, reconnected and renewed.
