5 nights in our beautiful retreat venue

2-3 delicious and nourishing meals

Daily yoga and pilates classes every morning and evening (with a range of styles of movement)

Tea Tasting

As a part of our Jing Retreats ritual, there is a complimentary tea tasting following each of our morning movement sessions. Each day will feature a different type of tea, and their benefits explained. The teas will be available to guests at any time also during their stay.

Room options

A cozy bedroom with a large bed featuring white bedding and two decorative pillows with a striped pattern. FAQ’s

  • No worries at all! There is a space for you whether you are stepping onto your mat for the very first time or have only been to a few classes here and there.

    All classes will be open-levels, and your retreat host will ensure you are comfortable if you are entirely new to the practice.

  • Of course you can! A lot of people go to retreats alone, it is such a good opportunity to meet like-minded people and meet some amazing new friends along the way :)
