How is a retreat different to a regular holiday?
We see retreats as a little haven holiday for you to enjoy! The second you arrive at the venue, sit back and relax… we are here to take care of you every step of the way. Sometimes when we arrange our own holidays, it is hard to fully let go of all the stress and tension through all the planning and preparation of making the trip worthwhile. On a retreat, let us look after you! We will do all the prep and plan work, so you can entirely enjoy your time stress-free.
We also want you experience the magic of practising yoga and pilates on our retreats, for either those exploring the practices for the first time or for those who wish to learn even more deeply. Combined with nourishing and delicious meals and the time to fully relax, we hope you leave us feeling your best self.

What if I am new to yoga/pilates?
No worries at all! There is a space for you whether you are stepping onto your mat for the very first time or have only been to a few classes here and there.
All classes will be open-levels, and your retreat host will ensure you are comfortable if you are entirely new to the practice.

Can I come alone?
Of course you can! A lot of people go to retreats alone, it is such a good opportunity to meet like-minded people and meet some amazing new friends along the way :)
